Shipping across the US

Online 3D printing, shipped anywhere in the US

Everything happens online: upload, review, quote, payment and tracking. Parts ship from Michigan to any US address, with shipping cost shown before you pay. Outside the US? We ship internationally too.

Who it's for

  • Customers without a local print service
  • Distributed teams who need parts at multiple addresses
  • Anyone who prefers a documented, online process

How it works

  1. 01

    Upload or describe

Files and briefs are stored privately and only accessible to you and the people working on your job.

  2. 02

    Quote includes shipping

We quote shipping based on your destination and the packed size, rather than a flat guess.

  3. 03

    Pay securely

Payments are handled by Stripe's hosted checkout; we never see or store card numbers.

  4. 04

    Track your parcel

Tracking is shared when the carrier provides it.

What to send us

  • Files or a design brief
  • Destination ZIP or postal code for shipping
  • Deadline, so we can tell you honestly if it's realistic

Honest limits

  • International orders work the same way, but duties and taxes are usually paid by the recipient — see International Shipping
  • We don't offer guaranteed delivery dates; carriers set transit times
  • Very large parts may be costly to ship — we'll suggest splitting or alternatives

Materials

Material choice affects weight and packing. We'll recommend a material based on use, not just price. Compare materials.

Questions

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries, except destinations under US sanctions or export restrictions. Prices are in US dollars, and import duties and taxes are usually paid by the recipient. See our International Shipping page.

Who pays if a parcel is damaged?

Our shipping and returns policy covers transit damage; contact us with photos and we'll work it out.
