Commercial manufacturing
Business Manufacturing & Production Partnerships
Repeatable FDM production for companies that need the same parts reliably — from a first sample run to recurring orders, with every price and agreement approved by people on both sides.
What you get
Built for repeat business
Sample runs
Start with a small sample batch to agree on fit, finish and acceptance criteria before committing to volume.
Approved part lists
Each approved part is locked to a file version, material, colour and production profile so every batch matches.
PO references
Add your purchase order numbers to quotes and orders so they reconcile with your purchasing system.
Reorders
Reorder approved parts without re-explaining the job. Reminders are optional; nothing is ordered or charged without your confirmation.
Volume pricing
Quotes include quantity breaks. Recurring agreements can set pricing for approved parts.
Design support
Need parts redesigned for printing or improved between batches? Design work is scoped and priced separately.

What a recurring agreement covers

- Minimum order quantities
- Reorder frequency and forecasts
- Capacity and lead times
- Payment terms and PO process
- Quality and acceptance criteria
- Revision and change process
- Term, renewal and termination
Questions
What volumes do you handle?
We focus on prototypes through small-batch production. Capacity is based on our real equipment, so we'll quote lead times honestly and tell you if a volume is better suited to injection moulding.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, an NDA can be requested before you share sensitive designs. Your files are stored privately either way.
Is an agreement binding once I submit the form?
No. Submitting an inquiry commits nothing. Agreements only take effect once both parties have reviewed and explicitly approved the final document.
Do you offer certified or tolerance-guaranteed parts?
Not currently. We don't advertise certifications or industrial tolerances for FDM parts. Acceptance criteria are agreed per part and checked during inspection.
Let's talk production.
Tell us about your parts and volumes. We'll reply to arrange next steps — nothing is committed until both sides agree.
