Business Terms

Effective date: October 28, 2026

These Business Terms apply to business accounts, purchase orders (POs) and recurring or volume production. They add to our Terms of Service; where they conflict, these Business Terms apply, and a signed supply agreement takes priority over both.

Business accounts

  • A business account lets your team share quotes, orders, saved specifications and approved part lists. The account owner decides who can view, order and approve, and is responsible for team members' activity.
  • Keep your account details current, including billing and shipping contacts.

Quotes and volume pricing

Volume pricing, quantity breaks, lead times and minimum quantities are set per quote. A price for one quantity or one order doesn't automatically apply to others unless your quote or agreement says so.

Purchase orders

  • You can reference a PO number when you accept a quote; we'll show it on your quote, invoice and shipping paperwork.
  • A PO confirms an order on the terms of our accepted quote and these terms. Pre-printed terms on a PO, or in your supplier portal, don't apply unless we've agreed to them in a signed document.

Recurring and supply agreements

  • Recurring production, reserved capacity, fixed pricing over time, special quality requirements or other custom terms need a written supply agreement.
  • Agreements are drafted for your review in your business account. Nothing is binding until both FORMYQ and your authorised signatory have signed the final document. Drafts, proposals and emails are not agreements.
  • Each agreement sets out its own pricing, forecasts, change process, quality and acceptance criteria and how either side can end it.

Payment terms

  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are due on receipt, and production starts after payment (or the agreed deposit) is received.
  • Net payment terms (such as Net 15 or Net 30) are available only with our written approval, may require a credit check, and can be withdrawn for late payment.
  • We may pause work on an account with overdue invoices.

Taxes and exemptions

If your business is exempt from sales tax, request tax-exempt status in your business account and provide a valid exemption certificate. Until we've received and verified the certificate, applicable taxes may be charged. You're responsible for the accuracy of exemption information you give us.

Samples and first articles

For production runs we recommend approving a sample or first article first. Once you approve a sample, production parts are made to match it, and that approved sample is the reference for inspection.

Inspection and acceptance

Please inspect deliveries within 14 days and report non-conforming parts with photos and quantities. Our remedy for non-conforming parts is to reprint or credit them, as described in Sections 6 and 7 of our Terms, unless your signed agreement says otherwise.

Confidentiality and IP

Your drawings and specifications are treated as confidential and remain yours; see our Design Services, IP & Confidentiality Terms. We'll sign a mutual NDA on request.
