Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

This policy explains what we won't make and how the website may be used. It's part of our Terms of Service. We may decline any job, and if we decline after you've paid, we refund what you paid for that work.

What we won't print or design

  • Weapons: firearms, firearm parts, frames or receivers, magazines, suppressors, conversion devices, ammunition components, or accessories designed to make a weapon more dangerous; and any other weapon or weapon component, including replicas that could be mistaken for real firearms.
  • Illegal items: anything illegal to make, own, import or export where it's made, shipped or used, including drug paraphernalia and items designed to break into, bypass or tamper with locks, meters or security systems.
  • Infringing items: copies of designs, characters, logos or products you don't have the right to reproduce, counterfeit parts, or anything that infringes a patent, copyright, trademark or design right.
  • Safety-critical parts we can't stand behind: medical devices or implants, parts whose failure could cause injury (such as child safety items, PPE, vehicle safety systems or pressure vessels), and parts that claim certifications we don't provide. We may print prototypes or display models of such items when it's clearly agreed they won't be used in service.
  • Harmful or abusive content: items that promote violence or hatred, or that target or harass a person or group.
  • Export-controlled items or orders for restricted destinations or parties under US sanctions and export rules.

If you're not sure whether something is allowed, ask us first at hello@formyq.com.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may decline or cancel orders, remove content, suspend accounts and, where required, report illegal activity to the authorities.
